i-SUP2010 confronted with closed airports in Northern Europe !!!
Dear participants of i-SUP2010,
At the moment we are all confronted with closed airports in Europe which makes that several participants and speakers will not be able to come.
We inform you that the i-SUP2010 conference will effectively take place and that we do all the possible to bring as much as possible the participants to the venue. For those that are not able to travel and have an oral presentation we offer the possibility to give the presentation by video conference. We expect from you that you inform about the technical possibilities in your organisation and that you send us the coordinates of the person in charge of video conferences. Our technical persons will than try to make contact and to test the facilities. Later we will contact you about timing and resheduling.
